Was able to access the course material… Was able to access the course material before I signed u which made it possible to study before hand, and Received my log in to take the exam within a couple hours of paying. Staff were welcoming when I called and supported with any questions I had. The process of taking the exam was straight forward, this was my first time taking an online exam. I definitely recommend!

Good but some information missing from learning material All in all it was good, I got my Personal License certificate and it was all pretty straight forward. The only complaint is that quite a lot of the topics in the exam weren't covered in the learning material. I did about four back to back mock exams scoring 97% - 100%, but got 82% in the actual exam.

Straight forward and quick I found the experience pretty straight forward. I asked some questions via the Live Chat and the chap was very helpful, even rang to follow up and make sure I had received the course material. Pretty easy to book the exam and then got the results back. All in all from receiving the link to getting my test result was less than 48 hours. Now just waiting my certificate. My only feedback would be that the website could be clearer as to how it works. Would recommend.

bad company to use tried doing the course the first time. had to resit as my partner was in the photo only to help me set it up. the second time round there was a camera error meaning i then had to resit it again for the 3rd time. I rang to speak about this even though it was not my flaut. Very poor company would recommend else were before booking online with personallicence.co.uk In all a bad experience. The customer service representative wasn't very helpful either even though i had [assed on all 3 occassions.
