Breaking free of the 'status quo' I started working with Mrinalini after listening to her on her online webinar. I have always had problems with self esteem and self-worth. I still do. They will not leave you suddenly, but you can always learn to deal with them. Mrinalini has been able to help me cope with a lot of my problems. It is relatively easier for me to shed the thoughts of inadequacy now, because of the methods I learnt from her. One thing I appreciate about Mrinalini is that she doesn’t feed your ego blindly to make you feel good about yourself or have a falsely inflated sense of self. I also connected a lot with her own past experiences which helped me open up to her even more. Exceptional Program!! I joined Dr. Mrinalini Gadkari's Unshackled Career Woman program at a time when I was at a crossroads in my career. I’m a 49-year-old doctor, and I had been in a position for 13 years with a minimal pay raise and feeling like more and more work was being piled on me as each year passed. Self realization journey to transform life (work and home) In my career, I felt invisible, not valued. I wanted to have it all but was not able to give justice to all with peace (work and home).
