Best career program for women Dr.Mrinalini’s program is the best career program I have ever had in my life. Different from other general leadership or communication programs, her program is designated for each person’s need, and focuses on each of our specific career goal. Dr.Mrinalini is a an active listener who listens to our situations patiently and carefully, and provides thoughtful and timely solutions. She’s also a great motivator and has motivated me to step out of my comfort zone and stand for myself for multiple times. Self realization journey to transform life (work and home) In my career, I felt invisible, not valued. I wanted to have it all but was not able to give justice to all with peace (work and home).
