She is a GEM! Mrinalini came to my life or I found her at the perfect time and space sequence. I was going through some challenging times at my work place and needed to make some decisions. I was at a point where “enough was enough.” With her help and guidance, we figured a way out. She guided and coached me on how to communicate my challenges and needs. Exceptional Program!! I joined Dr. Mrinalini Gadkari's Unshackled Career Woman program at a time when I was at a crossroads in my career. I’m a 49-year-old doctor, and I had been in a position for 13 years with a minimal pay raise and feeling like more and more work was being piled on me as each year passed. With accurate precision and fascinating efficiency, she diagnosed the problem right away, and we got to work. She uncovered a key problem in my self identity, and helped me crawl out of the ditch that I had gotten myself into. One of the best career and life coaches Working with Dr. M was one of the best decisions of my life. Me and my life both have changed drastically after working with her.
