Exceptional Program!! I joined Dr. Mrinalini Gadkari's Unshackled Career Woman program at a time when I was at a crossroads in my career. I’m a 49-year-old doctor, and I had been in a position for 13 years with a minimal pay raise and feeling like more and more work was being piled on me as each year passed.
