After couple of career gaps, I was stuck and stagnant where to restart and kindle my dream career. Best career program for women Dr.Mrinalini’s program is the best career program I have ever had in my life. Different from other general leadership or communication programs, her program is designated for each person’s need, and focuses on each of our specific career goal. Dr.Mrinalini is a an active listener who listens to our situations patiently and carefully, and provides thoughtful and timely solutions. She’s also a great motivator and has motivated me to step out of my comfort zone and stand for myself for multiple times. Before consulting Mrinalini, I was in a place in my career where I often felt lost, undervalued at work, frustrated and uncertain of my career growth. She is a GEM! Mrinalini came to my life or I found her at the perfect time and space sequence. I was going through some challenging times at my work place and needed to make some decisions. I was at a point where “enough was enough.” With her help and guidance, we figured a way out. She guided and coached me on how to communicate my challenges and needs.
