One of the best career and life coaches Working with Dr. M was one of the best decisions of my life. Me and my life both have changed drastically after working with her. We started working when I was at my rock bottom of my life. I didn't feel good about myself- physically and mentally. I used to criticize my body a lot and was on antidepressants and a heavy smoker. While working with her, she help me identify the root causes of why I was living my life this way and taught me the tools to eliminate my self-limiting beliefs. Self realization journey to transform life (work and home) In my career, I felt invisible, not valued. I wanted to have it all but was not able to give justice to all with peace (work and home). Exceptional Program!! I joined Dr. Mrinalini Gadkari's Unshackled Career Woman program at a time when I was at a crossroads in my career. I’m a 49-year-old doctor, and I had been in a position for 13 years with a minimal pay raise and feeling like more and more work was being piled on me as each year passed.
