GBThere is a lot wrong at United… There is a lot wrong at United Response, for many years the experience was positive until management changed. Bullying is rude, poor practice, nepotism and targeting whistleblowers. Incompetence and poor practice are routinely covered up and to call them a disability "charity" is ironic

GBShame on you response!,,, I went to a free seminar in Denton, Texas with a friend. Yes, it happened we were sucked in. On Friday after doing my credit score, which sucks, hence why I’m at a seminar to help me get funding to change my current situation, with The seminars are adhd at its finest. At, any point the speaker Brian is talking fast, clicking on all responses services that You think your getting access toowith your 1000 dollars. To, find out middle of day 2 you need 28;000 dollars for that info. I’m sitting in real-time May 4,2019 at 11 pm at night in a Sheraton hotel in ft worth ,TX to discover I have been scammed. I will be asking for a refund in the morning before I leave and enjoy my day with my husband and not sitting in another class, to be belittled, to be told, are you gonna hold onto old cheese? Shame on you team, shame on you response or whatever your name is, you are no better than the people who call the elderly and scam them on the phone out of there money. I pray God finds mercy on you and this company and you do not pay the same consequences as King Solomon. Be blessed and be a blessing Bridgett Horn.

GBThis company is a scam and they just want more of your money This company is a scam and i am requesting my refund for $997.I attended the workshop this weekedn of 4th to 5th May. everything they promised at the initial event was not delivered.they offered to give us enough information to go out there and do deals.they said they will givve information about TAX LIENS,which the instructor didnt say nothing about it.they even offered to give access to a website that shows the tax liens but non of that was offered.they lied to u to fill out a form about GAP funding only to find out later they jut wanted to know how much money we have so they can tell us to pay more for the extra resources and mentorship.it was funny that the cost of the mentorship was equal the exact amount i had written on the sheet of paper.secondly they promised access to deal desk which was supposed to calculate for you about the property and ti show if the deal is worth it.deal desk doent show non of that.it just pulls out random details that doesn't show the value of the property or if the deal is good or not.they promise one thing just to entice people but dont deliver none of that.

GBSUPER 45K SCAM!!! Where do I start? $45,000 in debt and I've never even received a phone call back when I needed it the most. My $11,000 mentor left halfway though my journey to pursue better things and no one in my group has had any success. The worst part is when you don't have 30k for the course, they open multiple credit cards for you and max them out telling you you'll make it back in a couple of months of sales. Yeah, maybe if you're a veteran in the business. I was over 30k in credit card debt, and covid was the only thing that saved me. Otherwise, I would have been in bankruptcy. There are so many other avenues to learn wholesaling, but this company is not one of them. 100% scam, stay as far away as possible!

GBTop Notch Training! Response has give us the knowledge and confidence to be able to do deals without being afraid. We were, of course, a little nervous when we entered our first transaction, but by following the program we knew we had all the resources at hand to ensure we had done the math and had made the correct offer. We did a fix and flip and had our first offer the first day after placing it on the market! Without having gone through all the top notch training we would never have known about all the resources available to make it happen.
