GBI wish I could give a zero I wish I could give a zero. A total scam. They sell coaching sessions with people that appear to have no idea they are even listed on the site. We signed up for a coaching session with a Pokémon trainer. Paid $60 for the session. After attempts to arrange the session the “coach” never responded. No response from company. After complaining they eventually offered to refund the session credit so I could start over with someone else who wouldn’t respond. After requesting my money back they then said it had been too long and I couldn’t get a refund back. Next time I’ll just contact person directly via Twitter. Working through the company seemed safer but I was obviously wrong about that.

CABanned For Questioning Their Scam... I was disappointed to be banned from the Metafy Discord server after questioning their acquisition of GamerzClass & how my new membership worked. When I received an email from Josh Fabian offering a discount to Metafy, I explained that I was already a GamerzClass subscriber and was waiting for new courses for Counter-Strike 2. Metafy didn't seem that interesting to me since I don't play other games competitively. I was surprised to find out later that my GamerzClass subscription had been transferred to Metafy without prior notice or explanation. When I contacted their support team on Discord, I was told that my subscription was active until April 21st, 2023 but I couldn't find where to cancel it on Metafy's website anywhere. Unfortunately, my account was deactivated without a refund when I expressed my intention to cancel, and I was treated unprofessionally by one of their support agents named "Ann but with a J" who didn't do as I asked at all. While I was frustrated by their lack of transparency and poor customer service, perhaps I should have expressed my concerns more respectfully, so in a way I deserve to be banned for abusing staff. In addition, I was troubled to learn that Metafy has been selling courses from an Overwatch coach called "GetAmazed" who was accused of sexual misconduct with a Metafy subscriber this year! While Metafy hasn't addressed these claims, they continue to sell his courses without any warning or disclaimer. As someone who cares about issues of sexual exploitation in the workplace, I think it's important for Metafy to take these allegations very seriously and provide appropriate support to anyone affected by them. Perhaps a fuller investigation should be taking place since there seems to be receipts that prove these claims in the victim's statement. Overall, my experience with Metafy was disappointing and frustrating, but I hope they can learn from their mistakes and improve their customer service as well as ethical standards. I don't think anyone should do business with them unless they address these issues and demonstrate a genuine commitment to transparency, accountability, and social responsibility in the workplace.

GBWould *Strongly* Recommend Metafy I've used Metafy for Super Smash Bros. coaching, and the service is phenomenal. Metafy's one-on-one sessions are what it is known for, but to me, the replay reviews are where Metafy truly shines. If you are lucky enough to have a recording of your gameplay (whether it be on a stream or you just recorded your games yourself), you can submit a replay to a coach to review on Metafy with a large number of amazing tools coupled with incredible insight from your coach. My coach, Rivers3k, is especially helpful to my improvement at Super Smash Bros; I would strongly recommend his coaching. He is able to provide extremely insightful help to players of all skill levels, including people brand new to the game and people with years of experience in high-level smash.

GBMetafy is great Rivers3k taught me so much about my character that I never saw before or would look into and he's really helped me see places I can improve and habits I can kick. I am already planning on getting more lessons from him through Metafy
