I wish I could give a zero I wish I could give a zero. A total scam. They sell coaching sessions with people that appear to have no idea they are even listed on the site. We signed up for a coaching session with a Pokémon trainer. Paid $60 for the session. After attempts to arrange the session the “coach” never responded. No response from company. After complaining they eventually offered to refund the session credit so I could start over with someone else who wouldn’t respond. After requesting my money back they then said it had been too long and I couldn’t get a refund back. Next time I’ll just contact person directly via Twitter. Working through the company seemed safer but I was obviously wrong about that.

BEWARE BEWARE: Company is a disgusting money grabber that steals your money. If you want to cancel your subscription they just prolong it for a year and you get charged without a second thought. Lost 100 USD to these clowns.

Rivers is the best coach ever could ask for I’ve really enjoyed my time on metafy, primarily due to how great my smash coach, rivers, is. He really does an excellent job when it comes to breaking things down into easy to understand pieces and giving you applicable advice. I also enjoy how James has so many options when it comes to coaching, with vod review, practice sessions and first to 10s. Have never been in a situation where he hasn’t been able to give helpful advice on whatever questions I have him. I highly recommend all smash players to check him out, his prices are quite affordable for the quality you receive.

Couldn't be better I've been using Metafy as student for a while now and it's just phenomenal. Booking a lesson is as streamlined as it could be with just looking at the coach's schedule and picking a slot that works for you and if there's ever a scheduling issue rescheduling is just a button click away. The coaches themselves are all super smart and willing to work with people of all skill levels. Without Rivers and his knowledge I wouldn't be anywhere close to the skill I am now. The support team is also incredibly quick.
