Everything works great. Website interface and customer service I came across with coliving.com when I was planning to move to New York. The site interface is nice, and the customer service has helped a lot anytime I've had any inquiries. After my experience in NYC I can say I definitely recommend booking your stay through their platform.

They filter out bad reviews from their… They filter out bad reviews from their platform and don't respond to customer service inquiries. If you google the individual properties they rent you'll see the review are wildly different. edit: It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't posted my review of the property. They absolutely filter out bad reviews to make more money. Their response tries to play it off as if "oh we don't import from Google". That is completely different than refusing to post honest reviews in general. And just to follow up on the customer service piece, they had me send a whatsapp message to support when I had issues at the property and never responded once and ghosted me.

There is no customer service 1st booking - their website said cleaning was included, it wasn't. I had to battle with the host during my stay. There was no support from them. 2nd booking, I asked a question to a host and they charged me for a booking without consent. They wouldn't refund me in full and wanted to take a transaction fee (simply pointing to their terms). My credit card had to step-in and raise a dispute. Then suddenly they were able to refund me. They all do not comply with UK data laws and refused to comply with my SAR. 3rd and final time - made a booking, the host added a random £300 membership fee AFTER the booking. Asked for help - was ignored. Do not use this platform, there is no support, no help when things go wrong. Chatbots are useless and support appears offshore with generic response sand very little tooling. They don't understand the laws that apply to them.

Really impressed by coliving Really impressed by coliving! They look out for the customer first and foremost, unlike other sites like air bnb. I needed customer support a couple of times and they responded to me super quickly. Wonderful service and a fantastic site to find cool co-livings to stay in.
