Almost immediately, there was a change in tone from property management. They became very responsive, resolved four out of six issues immediately, and the next two over the next few days. I'm not usually one to write reviews for a web service, but I can honestly say that I'd recommend anyone to use Coliving.com to book a long-term stay with peace of mind.

Customer Service Joyce in customer service was so helpful when it came to having to cancel my upcoming stays due to a broken ankle. She was very responsive and I feel like she did everything in her power to get me sorted out with the two residences I was planning to stay at. She was an absolute lifesaver in this situation, and I will definitely be rebooking with Coliving.com once I am able to travel again.
