NLNOT RECOMMENDED, still owe me money They have a very sneaky way of operating. I travel monthly using any type of platform (Booking, airbnb, etc), and I am an Airbnb host myself, and I can say the way Colivng.com operates is really bad. Coliving.com promoted their accommodation as 100% free refund before 30 days, but then kept part of the booking fees. This was stated only in their separate T&C page, while in the booking page just stated 100% free cancellation, which they changed a few weeks later after I had booked already. I pointed out to customer service that what they are doing is not right and can't fool people this way, but didn't get much help. Steer away from companies like this one, if they try to fool you before even booking, I don't even even want to know what happens during and after the booking. NOT RECOMMENDED.

ZAGreat support & Coliving.com Guarantee I've booked my stay at a coliving through Coliving.com for the second time now, and I'm happy to report that it's a fantastic service to use. This time around, there were some problems at the property which, according to other guests, had been left unaddressed for multiple weeks even though multiple guests had raised concerns. Since I booked through Coliving.com, I was able to reach out to them within 24h of my checking in to report these issues, and thanks to the Coliving.com Guarantee, they opened a dispute, relayed my concerns to property management, and held my payment pending resolution. Almost immediately, there was a change in tone from property management. They became very responsive, resolved four out of six issues immediately, and the next two over the next few days. I'm not usually one to write reviews for a web service, but I can honestly say that I'd recommend anyone to use Coliving.com to book a long-term stay with peace of mind.

GBThere is no customer service 1st booking - their website said cleaning was included, it wasn't. I had to battle with the host during my stay. There was no support from them. 2nd booking, I asked a question to a host and they charged me for a booking without consent. They wouldn't refund me in full and wanted to take a transaction fee (simply pointing to their terms). My credit card had to step-in and raise a dispute. Then suddenly they were able to refund me. They all do not comply with UK data laws and refused to comply with my SAR. 3rd and final time - made a booking, the host added a random £300 membership fee AFTER the booking. Asked for help - was ignored. Do not use this platform, there is no support, no help when things go wrong. Chatbots are useless and support appears offshore with generic response sand very little tooling. They don't understand the laws that apply to them.

GBDon’t book through coliving.com This is the second time I’ve used coliving and once again the property has accepted my booking and taken my money but then told me the room I selected has been taken. This website seems to take no responsibility for calendar bookings and shows all rooms available at different prices. I would suggest you go straight to the coliving website you want to stay in and book directly with them. Just use this site as a search engine, it’s not good for anything else
