IEAna Cristina Lambert was just so kind Ana Cristina Lambert was just so kind, responsive, helpful. I was so stressed out due to a very uncomfortable situation at a... Really a terrible "coliving" lodge. The owner literally joked about it being like "The Shining" because it's so remote and there was no one else there. Owner doesn't even stay. Ah. It was so stressful after a while. Anyway, Ana was just such a saviour for me. To have someone to listen to me and provide support, it was truly invaluable. I really appreciate the help and support I received.

GBStolen Deposit Money and No Action from Coliving.com Administrators I used coliving.com to book a month's stay in a foreign city. The booking went well, and the stay was pretty okay. There weren't any reviews on the place, which I should have been more skeptical of. There weren't any other people in the house aside from the owners who stayed in their room. The community vibe was unfortunately not there. Then, when I left the owners reassured me that I would get my security deposit back in 10 days. This soon turned into 30 days. Which has now turned into 3 months. The owners are avoiding my calls, texts, and emails. I have come to the realization that I am not getting this money back. I contacted coliving, they have been very cold, not reassuring at the slightest. They have done nothing in terms of demerits or removal of the listing from their website. I recommend using other coliving booking platforms, as there is a risk of theft and poor customer service.

CACustomer Service Joyce in customer service was so helpful when it came to having to cancel my upcoming stays due to a broken ankle. She was very responsive and I feel like she did everything in her power to get me sorted out with the two residences I was planning to stay at. She was an absolute lifesaver in this situation, and I will definitely be rebooking with Coliving.com once I am able to travel again.
