The booking process was easy, and I was able to speak with the host to ask them any questions before arriving. Great platform for any digital nomads or travelers to find nice accommodation with cool communities!

They filter out bad reviews from their… They filter out bad reviews from their platform and don't respond to customer service inquiries. If you google the individual properties they rent you'll see the review are wildly different. edit: It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't posted my review of the property. They absolutely filter out bad reviews to make more money. Their response tries to play it off as if "oh we don't import from Google". That is completely different than refusing to post honest reviews in general. And just to follow up on the customer service piece, they had me send a whatsapp message to support when I had issues at the property and never responded once and ghosted me.
