CHColiving listens proactively to Landord's needs Coliving is understanding the Landord's user requirements after sharing with them which are our struggles. They react to it, listen to us and try to implement our requests. Itcould be faster, I guess with the time will improve

ESThey filter out bad reviews from their… They filter out bad reviews from their platform and don't respond to customer service inquiries. If you google the individual properties they rent you'll see the review are wildly different. edit: It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't posted my review of the property. They absolutely filter out bad reviews to make more money. Their response tries to play it off as if "oh we don't import from Google". That is completely different than refusing to post honest reviews in general. And just to follow up on the customer service piece, they had me send a whatsapp message to support when I had issues at the property and never responded once and ghosted me.

GBDon’t book through coliving.com This is the second time I’ve used coliving and once again the property has accepted my booking and taken my money but then told me the room I selected has been taken. This website seems to take no responsibility for calendar bookings and shows all rooms available at different prices. I would suggest you go straight to the coliving website you want to stay in and book directly with them. Just use this site as a search engine, it’s not good for anything else

DEGreat place to find month-to-month lease for business trips I was supposed to go on a 6 months business trip and my boss recommended me coliving.com as a great place to find affordable housing with month to month lease. Most importantly, this is a great way to meet other successful professionals all over the world. Booking process smooth and easy. Would recommend to a friend

NLNOT RECOMMENDED, still owe me money They have a very sneaky way of operating. I travel monthly using any type of platform (Booking, airbnb, etc), and I am an Airbnb host myself, and I can say the way Colivng.com operates is really bad. Coliving.com promoted their accommodation as 100% free refund before 30 days, but then kept part of the booking fees. This was stated only in their separate T&C page, while in the booking page just stated 100% free cancellation, which they changed a few weeks later after I had booked already. I pointed out to customer service that what they are doing is not right and can't fool people this way, but didn't get much help. Steer away from companies like this one, if they try to fool you before even booking, I don't even even want to know what happens during and after the booking. NOT RECOMMENDED.
