She was very responsive and I feel like she did everything in her power to get me sorted out with the two residences I was planning to stay at. She was an absolute lifesaver in this situation, and I will definitely be rebooking with Coliving.com once I am able to travel again.

Really a terrible "coliving" lodge. The owner literally joked about it being like "The Shining" because it's so remote and there was no one else there. Owner doesn't even stay. Ah. It was so stressful after a while. Anyway, Ana was just such a saviour for me. To have someone to listen to me and provide support, it was truly invaluable. I really appreciate the help and support I received.

ESEverything works great. Website interface and customer service I came across with coliving.com when I was planning to move to New York. The site interface is nice, and the customer service has helped a lot anytime I've had any inquiries. After my experience in NYC I can say I definitely recommend booking your stay through their platform.
