No support team to deal with problem! I’ve been trying to contact this company since the day of my delivery as the personalised parts of the toy box are damaged. The paint is chipped so I had packed it back away hoping for a response from them in regards to either a replacement or a refund. I have emailed, contacted them on Instagram as well as their contact page on their website and I have had no response at all. I understand that there are no returns on personalised items but if they are damaged then the problem should be rectified!

Absolutely brilliant all round! I'm based in Australia and ordering a gift for UK family and they were Fantastic at communicating, so friendly and lovely to deal with. The ordering process was easy, turn around time with postage was prompt. Fabulous workmanship on the toy chest and it was easy to put together. The quality is brilliant with a secure and strong base that will hold a lovely amount of items. Cushion adds to it with the soft closing lid. Highly recommend and would most certainly deal with them again.

I ordered a custom made toybox for my… I ordered a custom made toybox for my son, I was so shocked at how fast I recieved it and how beautiful it was. I opted for a white box, grey name and the rex's on the side. It was made exactly how I imagined. Over a year later the toy box is still perfect! The lid doesn't slam shut so my little boy is safe to open and close it himself. I had the large toy box which is brilliant, it makes a great furniture piece, my little boy sits on it often to read or play but it's also very practical. It makes a home look less messy and it's great to throw toys in at the end of the day. 10/10. 100% recomend

Scammers Scammers! Ordered a toy box off Etsy for a Christmas present. Got a tracking number that did not work. Was worried something was wrong so tried to contact by email and got automatic response saying not to worry that all orders would be fulfilled. Still nothing arrived so I tried to contact again to find their Esty shop has been shut down and their website closed! Have emailed again but no reply! Very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift!

Toy box My Son absolutely loves his toy box! It’s stunning, is everything we wanted. The process of ordering is so straight forward and simple, the customer service is amazing and replies are quick and efficient. Delivery was also amazing. Can’t thank you enough xx
