Cute toy box. Bought one for my nephew and it came out amazing. Had it shipped to my sister and she loves it and said she had no problems putting it together. A lot of choices with colours and shapes.

No support team to deal with problem! I’ve been trying to contact this company since the day of my delivery as the personalised parts of the toy box are damaged. The paint is chipped so I had packed it back away hoping for a response from them in regards to either a replacement or a refund. I have emailed, contacted them on Instagram as well as their contact page on their website and I have had no response at all. I understand that there are no returns on personalised items but if they are damaged then the problem should be rectified!

Top class service Just a few lines to confirm my experience with this company! Unfortunately The courier damaged my order. On raising the issue I received great support and within 2 days a new order was created and delivered in time for Xmas. I am very impressed with the service and would defo use this company again !!!
