GBNo support team to deal with problem! I’ve been trying to contact this company since the day of my delivery as the personalised parts of the toy box are damaged. The paint is chipped so I had packed it back away hoping for a response from them in regards to either a replacement or a refund. I have emailed, contacted them on Instagram as well as their contact page on their website and I have had no response at all. I understand that there are no returns on personalised items but if they are damaged then the problem should be rectified!

GBTop class service Just a few lines to confirm my experience with this company! Unfortunately The courier damaged my order. On raising the issue I received great support and within 2 days a new order was created and delivered in time for Xmas. I am very impressed with the service and would defo use this company again !!! GBNo customer support Told me my sons toy box has been delivered without asking for order number or anything, ordered it 4 weeks ago and no sight of it, no customer help from them to get to the bottom of what's happened, I'm down £110 and my sons not got a toybox to wake up to on Christmas, should of made it myself with the exact same toy box from IKEA for £36 and got my own letters, clouds & for £20. Convinced its a scam

GBI had a baby pink toy box personalised… I had a baby pink toy box personalised with my daughters name and swans I was so pleased with the toy box, very spacious for all her toys 🥰 had a really good experience ordering through this company very good customer service 😁
