Can't recommend this company enough!! rescued me having been let down for a toy box and it ended up being a good thing I was because the quality and look of this toy box was ten fold on the one I was let down for. Emailed before hand explaining and they didn’t hesitate to make sure they would get my order to me on time, got the order done in very very quick time, kept me posted on the progress and met my every need. I was making a playroom for my daughter on her birthday and this was the finishing touch. Toy box looks amazing in the room, is a great size and safe with the soft close lid also. After all the hard work they were still able to go above and beyond and send my daughter a happy birthday card and a banner. Will 100% be purchasing again, thanks for saving a panicking mom in the lead up to his daughters birthday ❤️ xx

Top class service Just a few lines to confirm my experience with this company! Unfortunately The courier damaged my order. On raising the issue I received great support and within 2 days a new order was created and delivered in time for Xmas. I am very impressed with the service and would defo use this company again !!! No support team to deal with problem! I’ve been trying to contact this company since the day of my delivery as the personalised parts of the toy box are damaged. The paint is chipped so I had packed it back away hoping for a response from them in regards to either a replacement or a refund. I have emailed, contacted them on Instagram as well as their contact page on their website and I have had no response at all. I understand that there are no returns on personalised items but if they are damaged then the problem should be rectified!
