GBNo customer support Told me my sons toy box has been delivered without asking for order number or anything, ordered it 4 weeks ago and no sight of it, no customer help from them to get to the bottom of what's happened, I'm down £110 and my sons not got a toybox to wake up to on Christmas, should of made it myself with the exact same toy box from IKEA for £36 and got my own letters, clouds & for £20. Convinced its a scam

GBAlways recommend Had my little boys toy box for over a year and it’s still as good as new!!,absolutely in love with it and have people always saying how cute and lovely it is when seeing his room, customer service is 10/10

GBNo support team to deal with problem! I’ve been trying to contact this company since the day of my delivery as the personalised parts of the toy box are damaged. The paint is chipped so I had packed it back away hoping for a response from them in regards to either a replacement or a refund. I have emailed, contacted them on Instagram as well as their contact page on their website and I have had no response at all. I understand that there are no returns on personalised items but if they are damaged then the problem should be rectified!

GBThe over all product is incredibly… The over all product is incredibly beautiful. Fits a lot of toys in too which is great. My daughter loves it and forever sits on the top when it’s got it’s cushion on. The team were lovely too shan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything
