GBFinally got results....FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION I had the same experience as many others on this site. I attempted to contact them via email, which is the only option they provide. After no reply I titled my email "FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION". Amazingly I received a response within an hour. After a few sarcastic responses and eventually being banned from any further orders they sent an email receipt for a refund. Of course, after 5 days I still hadn't received my refund so I followed through with the FTC complaint. Within 2 hours I had a legitimate FULL refund receipt with a transaction ID, which posted to my credit card today. Hope this helps those who still have not received their order or refund.

GBWorst customer service I've ever dealt… Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I've called multiple times, emailed multiple times, sent request through website multiple times and have not received a call or email in anyway.

GBI ordered an item for my dog I ordered an item for my dog, and they did not have the exact items that I wanted but they contacted me and gave me a larger quantity for the same shipping price. Very accommodating, I will order from them again!

GBLong delivery I originally didn't hear from the company for 2 weeks, nor was the shipping ever updated. I never got a respond from the company but oddly enough my order randomly arrived. So I guess it wasn't a scam but if you are looking to get something by a certain time I would plan ahead.
