Easy to contact extremely helpful and nothing is to much hassle for them. I would highly recommend and have done. This is a safe trustworthy company to use. GBPets Warehouse has been the most awful… Pets Warehouse has been the most awful retailer that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on August 19 and they immediately had a pending charge on my account for payment. Shortly after that I received two email updates that contradicted each other. After several weeks I finally got through to a person on the phone who apologized for the delay saying that it was a manufacturer delay. About a week and a half later I received another email stating exactly what she told me that it would be 3-15 days until they had the items. I have been trying to contact them ever since and have yet to receive an answer or reach a live person. I will never do business with this company again and will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from this company.

This is my experience at the Pets Warehouse in Carle Place on 177 Glen Cove Road. I purchased a 10 gallon aquarium tank set up with wood stand. Spent $184.64. The heater was not heating the water properly. I bring it back and they refused to exchange or refund. What the heck? "Karen" told me to contact the manufacturer. Wow..... If this was my business, I would simply give a new heater off the shelf. It's literally a $15 dollar cost. If that. Now, I will never come back and just go to the Petco next door. So dumb.
