GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Tried many times to get answers. Joanne said she'd call back. Instead she left for the day. They don't answer email. I'd guess almost anyone else provides better customer service than they do. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a whole lot of grief!

GBWorst customer service I've ever… Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They took an order for a door for a reptile cage. The wrong door was sent. I got a refund, however, the replacement door was never sent. I asked for a refund and they REFUSED to give one. The said they would give me credit. THEY ARE THIEVES! Reporting them to the BBB. Don't waste your time! They don't even answer their phone!

GBNever ordering again..wish I read these reviews before I was optimistic when I saw they had my pet's food in stock and even paid the extra charge for next day shipping...it has been 3 days and I have not gotten 1 update regarding my purchase. No shipping details or tracking number, I don't even know if the item is in stock or not. I have called multiple times - no one picks up and emailed 3 times, still no response. Super frustrating and annoying to have to deal with. Never again ordering from them. Buy somewhere else

GBTerrible customer service, SHOP ELSEWHERE I am very disappointed in the customer service or rather lack of customer.service with this company, I made a purchase of a Kong Jumbler, actually 2, one to five as a gift, 1 to keep, my dog has a basket full of Kong toys, I gave my dog his and within 20 minutes the squeaker was destroyed and the Kong was in pieces. I LEFT 2 voice mail messages and emailed customer support, I recieved an automated response that I would be contacted by customer service in 24-48 hours. That was 5 days ago and I have heard NOTHING. I am glad this purchase was small and I found out how bad they treat their customers before I spent more money. Customer service means something to me, evidently it doesn't to them. My recommendation is spend your money elsewhere
