GBWorst customer service I've ever dealt… Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I've called multiple times, emailed multiple times, sent request through website multiple times and have not received a call or email in anyway.

GBHad what Amazon didn’t. Fast shipping. I bought 2 18x18 Exo Terra backgrounds for my dragon's tank, they were shipped the next day, and I received them the day after that. I had emailed them a few questions and they responded to me within a few hours.

GBAccepts order and charges card for items not in stock… but got fefund UPDATED They did refund my cc so I just wanted to be fair. Website apparently shows merchandise in stock when it apparently is not. They charge your card, then email next day informing of the fact they cannot ship item in timely manner. I emailed to cxl, they said no problem, but based on other reviews I will be following closely to make sure the charge is removed from my credit card. Like others have said I will never use this company again.

GBBrilliant company I have been using these for a year now I wouldn't use any other supplier. If there has been an issue it has been sorted immediately. Easy to contact extremely helpful and nothing is to much hassle for them. I would highly recommend and have done. This is a safe trustworthy company to use. Ian from customer service is brilliant nothing is to much hassle.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Tried many times to get answers. Joanne said she'd call back. Instead she left for the day. They don't answer email. I'd guess almost anyone else provides better customer service than they do. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a whole lot of grief!
