I had a bill due I had a bill due, and no notice was given. I got a call from a rep, but they wouldn't even say what it was regarding and just ask for sensitive information with no guarantee who it was. I sure hope this isn't how you regularly conduct business. I would expect a call and an explanation, but won't hold my breath.
