PWI hides behind vague language of… In my opinion, PWI hides behind vague language of contrast to avoid paying claims and then on covered claims pays much less than service shop charges leaving you with significant out of pocket costs. Very disappointed.

Our car had several major repairs Our car had several major repairs, all of which PWI covered as much as they could and got us back in the road in no time. Most of the time we just had to pay the deducible. I queried the repair shops and they all said they were pleasant to deal with and didn’t have adjusters questioning everything on their estimates. Would purchase warranties from them again!

From the start of my claim with the… From the start of my claim with the Customer Care Department to picking up my car at Fleetwood Auto Service when repairs were completed,my claim went so smoothly! I started my claim and was directed to a shop in my area. I was called by Chris at the shop and given the details on repairs and he said PWI was he easiest company to work. Steve approved my claim in one call. All was easy peasey and my warranty almost paid for itself on one repair and I have many miles and years remaining before it expires. So happy to have the extended coverage. Provides peace of mind when buying a used car! Thanks PWI!

Definitely recommend Was very easy to start my claim, they communicated with my service provider in a timely manner and completely knowledgeable. They payed for what was under warranty per contract. The adjuster was very explanatory on the warranty. Would definitely recommend them.
