Great response from preferred When we had trouble with our truck while out of town, visiting family in Florida, we were able to take our truck to the Ford dealer and they worked hand-in-hand with preferred warranty to get our truck repaired done quickly to get us back on the road to Michigan. The people that preferred were responsive and helpful, and great to work with ! Thank you!

Steve was great! I called today on behalf of my customer who needed an alternator replaced and spoke with Steve. This was the first time my shop has called this company and that usually takes a while to set up, however between setup and approval I was on the phone for less than 15 minutes. Everything was explained in great detail and Steve obviously cared about me and my customer having a good experience.

Neil is amazing! I have had trouble getting this claim moved along but Neil was so helpful and walked me through the process. Expedited service and excellent communication.

Disappointed that the customer had to… Disappointed that the customer had to pay $350 for us to remove a valve cover to "prove" that the engine was not sludged, we could see that through the oil fill cap. Otherwise customer service personel were very helpful and answers wre prompt.
