USDefinitely recommend Was very easy to start my claim, they communicated with my service provider in a timely manner and completely knowledgeable. They payed for what was under warranty per contract. The adjuster was very explanatory on the warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

USGreat response from preferred When we had trouble with our truck while out of town, visiting family in Florida, we were able to take our truck to the Ford dealer and they worked hand-in-hand with preferred warranty to get our truck repaired done quickly to get us back on the road to Michigan. The people that preferred were responsive and helpful, and great to work with ! Thank you!
