USDisappointed that the customer had to… Disappointed that the customer had to pay $350 for us to remove a valve cover to "prove" that the engine was not sludged, we could see that through the oil fill cap. Otherwise customer service personel were very helpful and answers wre prompt.

USPWI hides behind vague language of… In my opinion, PWI hides behind vague language of contrast to avoid paying claims and then on covered claims pays much less than service shop charges leaving you with significant out of pocket costs. Very disappointed.

USFrom a service writer's standpoint From a service writer's standpoint this is by far the best warranty company to work with. They are fast and friendly. Also unlike most warranty companies, with PWI I don't feel like I am talking to lawyers trying to trip me up so they don't have to cover something on our customers vehicles!
