GBDisappointed that the customer had to… Disappointed that the customer had to pay $350 for us to remove a valve cover to "prove" that the engine was not sludged, we could see that through the oil fill cap. Otherwise customer service personel were very helpful and answers wre prompt.

GBGreat response from preferred When we had trouble with our truck while out of town, visiting family in Florida, we were able to take our truck to the Ford dealer and they worked hand-in-hand with preferred warranty to get our truck repaired done quickly to get us back on the road to Michigan. The people that preferred were responsive and helpful, and great to work with ! Thank you!

GBCustomer service was for sure a 5 … Customer service was for sure a 5 quick responses and quick payment. However, its time to update labor rates. You're paying sub par labor rates .
