Wonderful Local Carpet & Flooring Dealer I was able to get a good price on Karastan carpet during the "Grand Opening" sale at the new store location, which was a nice perk. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful with carpet suggestions. He scheduled a convenient day to stop by to measure the room and allowed me to take several carpet samples home to make my final selection. Once my carpet was ordered, it came in rather quickly. The carpet installers arrived on the scheduled day and were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up all the mess & hauled away the old carpet. I would highly recommend Carpet One/Floor Decor.

We are very satifisfied and happy with the quality of the work and product installed in our home. The communicaiton of how long and how invasive the process of installation was unsatisfactory. Many of the cleaning and closing tasks of the overall project lagged too long and poor communications about these challenges are the reason for not providing a five star rating.
