Responsiveness Poor Everything went great in the beginning with the estimate and ordering materials, etc. but then I couldn't get a hold of my sales person Dan. As it got closer to the date I was told materials would be delivered I called to confirm and express a few concerns/ask a couple questions. I left two voice nails and sent two emails with no response. Luckily the delivery man called before he came. I expressed to him my inability to get a hold of Dan. I asked if he could just have the installer call me after all he was going to be doing the work. He must have said something when he returned to the store because suddenly I received a call. The installer did a great job and I guess that's all that matters. Once the job was done no one checked in to make sure it was done or to ask if everything was ok. The next day I figured I would go into the store and pay my balance. I mentioned to the young woman that something wasn't done that was supposed to be. She wrote a message for Dan to call me - once again he never did.

We would use them again. We would use them again. They carpeted seven rooms, a hallway and two sets of stars in one day. There was a delay for the date of install which was not communicated to us, we had to call. There was some difficulty reaching salesmen. Installers did a good job cleaning up after themselves in the house but did not clean up the garage very well.

Dan at Floor Decor Carpet One has been a rare exception to my somewhat lackluster past experiences. Professional, courteous and clean, competitively priced against anyone and willing to go beyond standard service with creative solutions. They are my new go-to for anything flooring related. We had a wonderful experience We had a wonderful experience with Floor Decor Carpet One. CJ was our installer. He couldn’t have been nicer. He explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up every day before he left. On his final day our place was spotless. We would definitely use them again.
