Best extended warranty company i have… Best extended warranty company i have ever worked with. No hassles just dropped my vehicle off to be rea paired and Alpha Warranty Services took care of the rest.

Alpha warranty company has been discouraging to deal with. Alpha warranty company has been terrible to deal with. If your vehicle breaks down and the parts ARE covered they will ONLY Ship the parts to the auto repair company which takes days to get. I've been without my work truck that I run my business with for 7 days now and will not get it for atleast 2 more days. Waiting on parts. Although the parts are sold all over the country. I would advise anyone looking for a extended warranty to look elsewhere. I've had to be on the phone between the shop and alpha several times just to get anything done...

Simple and easy Simple and easy. Took my car on on the first of April, repair facility didn't get to it till the 11th. My warranty ended the 8th and alfa still honored it and paid over 7,000 dollars for a new transmission. Only gripe is the 35 dollars a day for a rental, can't get a rental that cheap anymore. Overall best extended warranty I've ever seen definitely will buy again and recommend.
