USGetting paid on the claim is challenging - not sure we ever will. Filing the claim was easy and quick. Getting paid, altogether different story. I'm still waiting on $1467.63 and have been transferred to six different people (back and forth between claims and payments) and no one takes ownership to resolve the issue. Zach currently has me on hold with claims because he needs time to read the notes. This hold time has been 40 minutes so far and I'm still holding. Feels like I'm never going to get paid for the work we did on Ms. Jones 2015 Jeep. Auth 10411305DC. The payments lady was atrociously rude. Someone should listen to this call. SERIOUSLY.

US2nd time i have had to use it and i wont buy another car without it. Drop my car off at the dealership and basically wait to be told its ready for pick up. Had me in and out same day with nothing out of pocket and a new tire.

USThis was my first time using my warranty. This was my first time using my warranty and I have to say, I was a bit concerned that my claim would be denied. After speaking with my service advisor at the dealership, he informed me that the repairs were approved and that the process was extremely simple! All I did was give them the phone number to Alpha and they did the rest. Couldn't be happier with my purchase of Alpha warranty and strongly suggest it to new customers.
