Thank you soo much Thank you soo much. I gave my warranty information to the repair shop and they submitted a claim. The wonderful folks from Alpha responded back within 3 hrs and OK'd the claim.

Takes a while but they do Help!!! The process with alpha warranty was pretty long. I was starting to feel like nothing was going to happen and even the dealership wasn’t feeling optimistic with alpha. It took a month to finally get everything done. They really want to make sure it’s something on the contract before approving but at the end, my part was on the claim and they agreed to fully cover a new transmission on my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. Don’t loose faith on your long process!

2nd time i have had to use it and i wont buy another car without it. Drop my car off at the dealership and basically wait to be told its ready for pick up. Had me in and out same day with nothing out of pocket and a new tire.

I’m now a warranty believer This warranty has been amazing. Making. Lemonade out of a lemon. So many issues randomly on blog vehicle and alpha has backed the vast majority. The warranty has nearly already paid for itself after a year but the peace of mind to have solid protection and not a company trying to get out of coverage is well worth it. I wasn’t a warranty guy before but alpha certainly changed this perspective.

Getting paid on the claim is challenging - not sure we ever will. Filing the claim was easy and quick. Getting paid, altogether different story. I'm still waiting on $1467.63 and have been transferred to six different people (back and forth between claims and payments) and no one takes ownership to resolve the issue. Zach currently has me on hold with claims because he needs time to read the notes. This hold time has been 40 minutes so far and I'm still holding. Feels like I'm never going to get paid for the work we did on Ms. Jones 2015 Jeep. Auth 10411305DC. The payments lady was atrociously rude. Someone should listen to this call. SERIOUSLY.
