GBGetting paid on the claim is challenging - not sure we ever will. Filing the claim was easy and quick. Getting paid, altogether different story. I'm still waiting on $1467.63 and have been transferred to six different people (back and forth between claims and payments) and no one takes ownership to resolve the issue. Zach currently has me on hold with claims because he needs time to read the notes. This hold time has been 40 minutes so far and I'm still holding. Feels like I'm never going to get paid for the work we did on Ms. Jones 2015 Jeep. Auth 10411305DC. The payments lady was atrociously rude. Someone should listen to this call. SERIOUSLY.

GBSimple and easy Simple and easy. Took my car on on the first of April, repair facility didn't get to it till the 11th. My warranty ended the 8th and alfa still honored it and paid over 7,000 dollars for a new transmission. Only gripe is the 35 dollars a day for a rental, can't get a rental that cheap anymore. Overall best extended warranty I've ever seen definitely will buy again and recommend.
