Mostly terrific I think most of our experience with TranscriptionWing has been very positive. There have been a few times when we've had to go through the transcripts and change some of the words used to what was actually said, and that's probably because we recognize the words used more...we're use to the lingo...i guess more than someone who is not familiar with our work and audience. But, the delivery service has always been exceptional and quite a few times we've received our orders before the date anticipated. And every time I've talked with anyone there it's been a very positive experience and they have been more than helpful.

great transcripts with flexible turnaround times! Transcription wing does a GREAT job at transcripts. they take the time to look up the correct spellings for odd things mentioned by my research participants, and they work hard to produce accurate transcripts even when the audio recordings aren't ideal. I love that they offer flexible transcription turnaround times. Sometimes I need my transcripts in 24 hours and sometimes I don't need them for a week -- great to be able to enjoy a discount for normal turnaround so I can "splurge" on fast turnaround when I need it. very highly recommended!

Excellent Value I've worked with TranscriptionWing for a few years now, and I'm always very pleased with their service. Always on time, excellent value. My interviews tend to contain a lot of technical jargon and I can tell the person who is typing actually looks things up to get the spelling right. Impressive!

Came through on a time sensitive project. TranscriptionWing helped us meet the deadline on a time sensitive project by transcribing recordings from our subject matter experts.
