Connex Transcriptions Great service with minimal issues. Occasionally we have received transcriptions with words not separated. There have been a few times where we did not receive the requested transcription by the due date/time. Other than that, the service has been great with a great staff to work with.

Came through on a time sensitive project. TranscriptionWing helped us meet the deadline on a time sensitive project by transcribing recordings from our subject matter experts. This allowed us to create facilitation guides for a product training launch. The recordings were not that great but they did a good job with what they had to work with.
