I found Transcription wing in a web search. They provided me with the right price and time frame to meet my needs. My lawyer was impressed with the speed and accuracy with which Transcription wing delivered the final product. Few errors and fairly accurate considering the quality of the recording. Should I need this kind of service in the future i would use their services again.

Mostly terrific I think most of our experience with TranscriptionWing has been very positive. There have been a few times when we've had to go through the transcripts and change some of the words used to what was actually said, and that's probably because we recognize the words used more...we're use to the lingo...i guess more than someone who is not familiar with our work and audience. But, the delivery service has always been exceptional and quite a few times we've received our orders before the date anticipated. And every time I've talked with anyone there it's been a very positive experience and they have been more than helpful.

Came through on a time sensitive project. TranscriptionWing helped us meet the deadline on a time sensitive project by transcribing recordings from our subject matter experts. This allowed us to create facilitation guides for a product training launch. The recordings were not that great but they did a good job with what they had to work with.

Very timely and cost effective transcription service. We have been using TranscriptionWing for our transcription needs for a few months. The transcripts always arrive on time, or slightly early and have all of my requested features (e.g., editable format, identifying speaker). It would be nice if the website used for uploads was a little bit more friendly, but overall it's a great service.
