Apparently I always catch 'em on a great day :o Thinkgeek.com is my go-to site for buying gifts when I'm not exactly sure what to get for someone. I use their reward program and I enjoy it. I've never had any need to contact customer service except to thank them because one of my orders came early. Everything has always come as promised and I do refer others to them--I've not heard any issues from friends so I'm not sure about negative experiences. Mine have been nothing but positive.

I've never had a bad experience, have ordered from them 5+ times I've ordered from ThinkGeek a few times. The sale prices are great and the products are quality. I've only ever had 1 issue with an order where one of the items wasn't in the package even though it was listed on the packing slip. I e-mailed their customer service and it took about 3 days for them to respond (during Christmas rush, so I wasn't surprised by the delay) and was sent the missing item with free 2-day shipping and given a $5 giftcard. The gift made it in time for Christmas and I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

One of my first stops for gifts and … One of my first stops for gifts and little impulse buys for myself. I love their clearance sales and general selection. I also really enjoy their rewards program. What I appreciate the absolute most is that they display customer reviews for each item, good or bad. It's helped me so many times regarding sizing, recommendations or little nitpicky questions I have about a product. My one complaint and reason for my 4/5 would be that some of the items are very low quality for the price asked. All in all, I really enjoy shopping on ThinkGeek, especially for their geeky holiday items.

Disappointed Disappointed. Orders have been filled OK for me, but the horror story reviews: poor customer service, failed refunds, and webpage glitches that ThinkGeek would not make right. It seems that many of the unhappy customers were ordering from outside the US and ThinkGeek has not been up to the task. I managed a mail order department that involved occasional overseas shipping and it always required current knowledge of the regs and extra care to get all the details right on the first try. Think Geek COULD do better, I'm sure... and there are no excuses for other examples of stonewalling when a customer had a problem. I'll think twice before ordering again.

Great items and service, overpriced selections. I really like Think Geek for the products. However, if I can find them on other sites such as Amazon, I tend to order them elsewhere for quicker delivery and sometimes better deals. However, I've had amazing experiences with customer service replacing broken items and keeping me updated on orders. So...it's a trade-off.
