Despite their name, you don't have to be a geek to enjoy this website and its products. ThinkGeek.com keeps up with current trends, including TV shows, movies, games, and more. They have everything from apparel to kitchen accessories, so you will be sure to find something to delight and please you, a friend, or a family member. My orders have always been received quickly and fulfilled accurately. Plus, with their Geek Points I earn free stuff just by buying the things I enjoy!

Perfect Gifts for Those Tough-To-Shop-For Friends! Think Geek is my go-to place when I'm looking for Christmas or birthday gifts for my husband. He has wish-listed at least half of the inventory on the website! Beyond that, at Think Geek I can always manage to find something fun/interesting for those friends that are terribly hard to shop for. They run good sales, they keep up with current geek trends as well as all the classics (Star Wars, Star Trek, Firefly, BSG, etc.), and they ship quickly. All around, they are the real deal.

Terrible customer service Ordered an item at ThinkGeek that got stuck in a UPS warehouse due to a damaged invoice. I've had contact with their customer support three times but the issue still isn't resolved. My package has been stuck in the same warehouse for well over a month now. To make matters worse UPS has already stated that I will have to pay an additional €25,- by the time the invoice papers are cleared in order to release the package. Long story short, terrible customer service, definitely not worth ordering here if you live outside of the U.S.

Disappointed Disappointed. Orders have been filled OK for me, but the horror story reviews: poor customer service, failed refunds, and webpage glitches that ThinkGeek would not make right. It seems that many of the unhappy customers were ordering from outside the US and ThinkGeek has not been up to the task. I managed a mail order department that involved occasional overseas shipping and it always required current knowledge of the regs and extra care to get all the details right on the first try. Think Geek COULD do better, I'm sure... and there are no excuses for other examples of stonewalling when a customer had a problem. I'll think twice before ordering again.

Very satisfied :) Quick delivery from US to Denmark. Before ordering I read all of the reviews here on trustpilot. A lot of them were negative, so I feared that I would never receive my order, but the articles I ordered isn't in my country at all, so I took the chance. I places the order on may 27th, and it was delivered in Denmark (northern Europe) 6 days later. In my opinion it is very fast delivery. I am impressed and very satisfied :)
