In one word...AMAZING! Ordered 2 items on 23rd November, totaling $90 (after black Friday and other discounts, without discount was about $150). Order was placed with no issues, items were shipped the next day. Items were due to arrive on 1st December (good to note I'm in Australia, so only a week to deliver is amazing in itself), but then the items arrived 2 days EARLY, arriving on 29th November!!! Items were also extremely fragile, and arrived in perfect condition. I can't praise ThinkGeek enough and will be recommending them to EVERYONE. This also isn't the first thing I've ordered from them, and ask previous experiences have been fantastic.

The service at the Baybrook mall… The service at the Baybrook mall location was fantastic beyond belief. The employee that assisted me with my purchase was very insightful and we had a good time talking about our favorite shows and whatnot. Bro if you're reading this. Mash is best waifu!

Terrible customer service Ordered an item at ThinkGeek that got stuck in a UPS warehouse due to a damaged invoice. I've had contact with their customer support three times but the issue still isn't resolved. My package has been stuck in the same warehouse for well over a month now. To make matters worse UPS has already stated that I will have to pay an additional €25,- by the time the invoice papers are cleared in order to release the package. Long story short, terrible customer service, definitely not worth ordering here if you live outside of the U.S.

ThinkGeek just don't care Paid $20 in UPS brokerage fee for an order worth less than $40. Only after paying the ransom I found out the more expensive shipping option would've actually been cheaper overall. Due to their own incompetence, the only one who really benefits between the customer and ThinkGeek is UPS. Contacted them to express displeasure and they couldn't care less. As others have said and I also found out - do not order from ThinkGeek if you're outside United States.
