International Buyers Beware You will get hit with an absolutely horrible customs fee on top of the already dire shipping price, mine amounts to £60! I'm pleased with the items I bought, but I'm never buying anything from them ever again. The single sentence on the topic of them not being liable or able to predict what the fee from customs will be does not adequately warn potential customers.

Great experience at New York City store I’ve been to this NYC location a few times. Once accompanying a friend who wanted to buy a figurine and today to get a game that I had trouble tracking down at other locations stores and storefronts. I called Mr. Orlando on the phone and he found the one and only copy left of the game I wanted and put it on hold for me. Made my way into the city a few hours later just to pick up my hold and Mr Isaac found my hold all rubberbanded up and with my name on it and I checked out and was on my merry way home enjoying the game for the rest of the evening. Clean store with great atmosphere and with staff like Orlando and Isaac I won’t hesitate to come through or drop by.

I've never had a bad experience, have ordered from them 5+ times I've ordered from ThinkGeek a few times. The sale prices are great and the products are quality. I've only ever had 1 issue with an order where one of the items wasn't in the package even though it was listed on the packing slip. I e-mailed their customer service and it took about 3 days for them to respond (during Christmas rush, so I wasn't surprised by the delay) and was sent the missing item with free 2-day shipping and given a $5 giftcard. The gift made it in time for Christmas and I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

I called and asked if they had some… I called and asked if they had some product and Tina located and let me know some more was coming. Waited and ordered all items Tina goes well above any customer service to help. Highly recommend to purchase from here.

In one word...AMAZING! Ordered 2 items on 23rd November, totaling $90 (after black Friday and other discounts, without discount was about $150). Order was placed with no issues, items were shipped the next day. Items were due to arrive on 1st December (good to note I'm in Australia, so only a week to deliver is amazing in itself), but then the items arrived 2 days EARLY, arriving on 29th November!!! Items were also extremely fragile, and arrived in perfect condition. I can't praise ThinkGeek enough and will be recommending them to EVERYONE. This also isn't the first thing I've ordered from them, and ask previous experiences have been fantastic.
