USDisappointed Disappointed. Orders have been filled OK for me, but the horror story reviews: poor customer service, failed refunds, and webpage glitches that ThinkGeek would not make right. It seems that many of the unhappy customers were ordering from outside the US and ThinkGeek has not been up to the task. I managed a mail order department that involved occasional overseas shipping and it always required current knowledge of the regs and extra care to get all the details right on the first try. Think Geek COULD do better, I'm sure... and there are no excuses for other examples of stonewalling when a customer had a problem. I'll think twice before ordering again.

CAThinkGeek just don't care Paid $20 in UPS brokerage fee for an order worth less than $40. Only after paying the ransom I found out the more expensive shipping option would've actually been cheaper overall. Due to their own incompetence, the only one who really benefits between the customer and ThinkGeek is UPS. Contacted them to express displeasure and they couldn't care less. As others have said and I also found out - do not order from ThinkGeek if you're outside United States.

USI've never had a bad experience, have ordered from them 5+ times I've ordered from ThinkGeek a few times. The sale prices are great and the products are quality. I've only ever had 1 issue with an order where one of the items wasn't in the package even though it was listed on the packing slip. I e-mailed their customer service and it took about 3 days for them to respond (during Christmas rush, so I wasn't surprised by the delay) and was sent the missing item with free 2-day shipping and given a $5 giftcard. The gift made it in time for Christmas and I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

NLTerrible customer service Ordered an item at ThinkGeek that got stuck in a UPS warehouse due to a damaged invoice. I've had contact with their customer support three times but the issue still isn't resolved. My package has been stuck in the same warehouse for well over a month now. To make matters worse UPS has already stated that I will have to pay an additional €25,- by the time the invoice papers are cleared in order to release the package. Long story short, terrible customer service, definitely not worth ordering here if you live outside of the U.S.
