The company accepts biiling address outside USA, but cannot process them, neither by mastercard, neither paypal, although by email they offered my to pay this way, knowing they can't. I replied the person who asked me by email for another way of payment if I could use American Express, and didn't answer. I asked again in another email, and again I haven't get a response yet. The order is still open but I can't find a way with them to complete the transaction or close it or something, and they're not responding anymore.
