Happy with their service would be the understatement of the year! My wife needed a FBI Federal background check. She is a knitter and her fingerprints are so worn down she could not get acceptable prints on a fingerprint card. We went through a total of FOUR different prints, each time sent to the FBI and after a lengthy period time, received notification that the prints were unacceptable! This was over a three month period and was costly as well. Finally, out of desperation we called Fingerprintpads and made an appointment with them to have her prints done by scan on glass. If only we had gone to Finerprintpads first. We arrived for the appointment and in just 10 minutes, 10 MINUTES, her prints were taken, were pre-validated for quality, and sent to FBI electronically. We just could not believe it was so easy and fast! Then, the very next day, my wife received FBI confirmation of her clear background check along with an official printed hardcopy. Mindblower! Fingerprintpads accomplished in less than 24 hours what we failed to do in over three months. To say we are happy with their service would be the understatement of the year. They offer ways of payment that doesn't work and leave unattended They tried to charge me the double of the purchase amount, but the bank rejected the transaction. I have the bank records to prove it. The company accepts biiling address outside USA, but cannot process them, neither by mastercard, neither paypal, although by email they offered my to pay this way, knowing they can't. I replied the person who asked me by email for another way of payment if I could use American Express, and didn't answer. I asked again in another email, and again I haven't get a response yet. The order is still open but I can't find a way with them to complete the transaction or close it or something, and they're not responding anymore.
