Happy with their service would be the understatement of the year! My wife needed a FBI Federal background check. She is a knitter and her fingerprints are so worn down she could not get acceptable prints on a fingerprint card. We went through a total of FOUR different prints, each time sent to the FBI and after a lengthy period time, received notification that the prints were unacceptable! This was over a three month period and was costly as well. Finally, out of desperation we called Fingerprintpads and made an appointment with them to have her prints done by scan on glass. No prints for healthcare worker It seems oily and takes a lot to wipe off. My fingerprints are almost or are nonexistent and this did not help make my fingerprints show up. I work in healthcare and they have said so much hand washing has washed away my prints.
