Ethical??? I made my initial purchase on a personal credit card prior to my company doing business with this firm so as to determine how well they serviced their customers. My card was charged immediately which I expected. The surprise came when the individual filling my order ran up unauthorized charges to my account which the credit card company identified immediately. Apparently it was obvious who the culprit was but no explanation or apology followed. Good luck!!!

Happy with their service would be the understatement of the year! My wife needed a FBI Federal background check. She is a knitter and her fingerprints are so worn down she could not get acceptable prints on a fingerprint card. We went through a total of FOUR different prints, each time sent to the FBI and after a lengthy period time, received notification that the prints were unacceptable! This was over a three month period and was costly as well. Finally, out of desperation we called Fingerprintpads and made an appointment with them to have her prints done by scan on glass.
