Nonexistent customer service I ordered two pairs of the same socks. One came out perfect and the other pair was completely messed up. I tried emailing two different addresses they provided for customer service (one in the original order email and the other on their website) and both came back undeliverable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Another aspect of these that impressed me was that the clarity of my dogs face is actually tailored into the design, they are most clear while being worn.

Send proofs I added a note for the production team to leave in my dogs chin. I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service. Wonderful, unique pup socks GREAT! These pup socks are not only wonderful and unique, but also well-made and hilarious for our Dog Father’s Day gift (in this instance) or any gift idea. I sent all 3 portrait photos of our dogs which printed remarkably well, especially on the white socks. The socks are mid-calf, but my husband scrunches them down anyway. He LOVED them! One of the dogs had passed away just a few months ago, so he was especially touched to have all of our dogs with him. Highly recommend!
