Couldn’t be happier! These socks are the best thing I have ever gifted to my fiancé! He’s gotten so many compliments from friends, strangers and family! They’re all requesting the website to purchase they’re own! It was also special to have them due to recently losing my grandmother who cherished my pup at the funeral cause my pup wasn’t allowed. I’m so happy and I might need a pair for myself now!

I never received my order I never received my order. Impossible to reach and contact email that is posted is undeliverable. I placed 2 tickets and did not get a response in addition to the multiple emails sent to them.

Send proofs I added a note for the production team to leave in my dogs chin. I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service. Pup Socks SCAM Similar to everyone else. They charge you for a subscription that you were never told about and does not exist. Do NOT order from them for any reason

Nonexistent customer service I ordered two pairs of the same socks. One came out perfect and the other pair was completely messed up. I tried emailing two different addresses they provided for customer service (one in the original order email and the other on their website) and both came back undeliverable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
