GBSend proofs I added a note for the production team to leave in my dogs chin. I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service. Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to team at gopupsocks.com. Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

GBSadly my socks were damaged when they… Sadly my socks were damaged when they arrived. A new pair is being sent but yet to arrive. Disappointing that a damaged pair was sent out. Glad these are being replaced though so the response to the disappointing situation was good.

GBI wish i could give them no stars I wish i could give them no stars. I have never written a review before but the lack of response, the order not coming and the refund still not being issued I cannot believe they are in business. The picture I sent them of my daughter’s cat was adorable. What they printed on the socks looks like a cartoon. Horrible horrible customer service. Still fighting for the refund of $21 I paid for express ahippping and they came 2 weeks later. (well after christmas)

GBMy son especially likes dogs so I… My son especially likes dogs so I bought two for him.Very fast logistics,my son likes it too,but I noticed that the pattern is obviously deformed after wearing although it is hidden in the shoe, the children may prefer a dog sock that looks and wears cute.
