GBAWFUL AWFUL Sent to the wrong address and when I IMMEDIATELY notified them of it they said they would update and not to worry. Then it shipped to the wrong address and I emailed them and I was told I’d get a replacement. When I reached out about the replacement confirmation email they told me I wasn’t entitled to anything it had shipped and that was it. They are liars and horrible humans.

GBI ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after… I ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after seeing an ad on social media. It's Nov 29 and they can't tell me when the order will be shipped due to "quality concerns." But I'm being bombarded with ads and emails now to order more. Customer service says they " want to be sure we make up for where we fell short of fulfilling your order in a timely manner." but don't actually offer me anything! Save yourself the hassle.

GBSadly my socks were damaged when they… Sadly my socks were damaged when they arrived. A new pair is being sent but yet to arrive. Disappointing that a damaged pair was sent out. Glad these are being replaced though so the response to the disappointing situation was good.

GBCouldn’t be happier! These socks are the best thing I have ever gifted to my fiancé! He’s gotten so many compliments from friends, strangers and family! They’re all requesting the website to purchase they’re own! It was also special to have them due to recently losing my grandmother who cherished my pup at the funeral cause my pup wasn’t allowed. I’m so happy and I might need a pair for myself now!

GBSend proofs I added a note for the production team to leave in my dogs chin. I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service. Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to team at gopupsocks.com. Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.
