USI never received my order I never received my order. Impossible to reach and contact email that is posted is undeliverable. I placed 2 tickets and did not get a response in addition to the multiple emails sent to them.

USDO NOT Well I haven't received my items yet. A shipping label was created a few days ago but the package hasn't shipped and doesn't say when it'll arrive. Feels like you rushed thru the order process but didn't actually ship anything.

USNonexistent customer service I ordered two pairs of the same socks. One came out perfect and the other pair was completely messed up. I tried emailing two different addresses they provided for customer service (one in the original order email and the other on their website) and both came back undeliverable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

USSend proofs I added a note for the production team to leave in my dogs chin. I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service. Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to team at gopupsocks.com. Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

USI ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after… I ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after seeing an ad on social media. It's Nov 29 and they can't tell me when the order will be shipped due to "quality concerns." But I'm being bombarded with ads and emails now to order more. Customer service says they " want to be sure we make up for where we fell short of fulfilling your order in a timely manner." but don't actually offer me anything! Save yourself the hassle.
