I ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after… I ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after seeing an ad on social media. It's Nov 29 and they can't tell me when the order will be shipped due to "quality concerns." But I'm being bombarded with ads and emails now to order more. Customer service says they " want to be sure we make up for where we fell short of fulfilling your order in a timely manner." but don't actually offer me anything! Save yourself the hassle.

Send proofs I added a note for the production team to leave in my dogs chin. I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service. Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to team at gopupsocks.com. Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

Pup Socks SCAM Similar to everyone else. They charge you for a subscription that you were never told about and does not exist. Do NOT order from them for any reason

Buyers beware. This company is a cover for a scam. This company has stolen money out of my account as well as plenty others that have ordered from this company. They are placing additional monthly charges on my debit card after I paid for my order in full. They claim I subscribed to a subscription service on accident. Kinda unusual that a subscription service would begin charging my account almost three weeks after my purchase. Right? At no point during check out is there an option to sign up for a subscription service. I also have never received a confirmation/receipt for the alleged service I signed up for. They are refusing to send me my money back. I’ve had to contact my bank and report them for fraud.
