I ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after… I ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after seeing an ad on social media. It's Nov 29 and they can't tell me when the order will be shipped due to "quality concerns." But I'm being bombarded with ads and emails now to order more. Customer service says they " want to be sure we make up for where we fell short of fulfilling your order in a timely manner." but don't actually offer me anything! Save yourself the hassle.

Couldn’t be happier! These socks are the best thing I have ever gifted to my fiancé! He’s gotten so many compliments from friends, strangers and family! They’re all requesting the website to purchase they’re own! It was also special to have them due to recently losing my grandmother who cherished my pup at the funeral cause my pup wasn’t allowed. I’m so happy and I might need a pair for myself now!

Stay Away The blanket was a cheap fabric! Advertised as "Premium Fleece". What a joke! And the socks are like a cheap compression hose type material. Actually, I can't even describe what the material is! Ordered these items as Christmas 2023 gifts and would have been embarrassed to give them! Emailed the company MULTIPLE TIMES requesting a return and refund. Bottomline- They DO NOT refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL AND COMPLETE DISASTEROUS EXPERIENCE! They should be ashamed to pawn this stuff off on people.
