GBDeceptive business practices to scam you This company uses deceptive business practices to scam you out of significant sums of money. They did not follow specifications or photos, and when I asked if I should request a refund or if they could fix it, they promised I would be satisfied with "alterations." The second version looked almost worse than the first. So they offer to fix it, at the expense of losing your right to a refund, then don't ACTUALLY fix what they say they will fix. (or, more likely, they probably just grab a pre-made plush off the shelf and sew a name tag on it). Then they outright refuse to do anything else to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

GBExactly What I needed Cuddle Clones gave me exactly what I needed when my little guy was diagnosed with terminal cancer. As soon as it arrived I was able to hold it just as if I was holding Chico. Our little guy is now at peace but the amount of detail put into this clone is amazing and it now it’s at my bedside:

GBFor starters worst customer service EVER… For starters worst customer service EVER. Have tried contacting them no less than 15 times to get a $85 pajama order straightened out. All i have received is half wit responses with no intention of correcting their mistakes. Panama sizes were completely incorrect and tagged incorrectly, my wife who wrats a size 0 pants can not foit in a large pajama bottoms. BUYER be aware, the positive reviews at their website are only ones they approve and allow to be posted.

GBOrdered pajamas for my kids and paid… Ordered pajamas for my kids and paid for rush shipping. Shipping label created Dec 8th and no update since. Reached out multiple times to customer service and always get a canned response. Reached out on Facebook on their business page and someone actually responded saying since DHL is on strike they are having problems but would ship out via 2 day fed ex but wouldn’t provide tracking number. I just want a refund at this point. Should’ve read more reviews. BBB rating is an F
