I excitedly uploaded pictures and provided some detail on Coco and Brody. Eight weeks seemed like an eternity. Manuela contacted me a few weeks in requesting additional pictures to get the details perfect. I sent the pictures along with a note of excitement and to my pleasant surprise received a very heartwarming reply from Manuela. It made my day. A real human with heartfelt emotions. The day my clones arrived I was actually nervous, but excited to see them. I just bawled my eyes out when I took them out of their boxes. They looked exactly like my little loves! Every detail was perfect! Every marking, their eyes their noses, the colors in their fur, just everything! My pups may be over the Rainbow Bridge, but thanks to Cuddle Clones, I found happiness and a sense of peace with the clones of my furry little loves. Cuddle Clones. They're doing the Lord's Work I am struggling to search for the words to express my utmost gratitude for the Cuddle Clones company/brand. They have created the most authentic clone for my friends dog, Willow. The attention to detail and artistry is like NOTHING I have ever seen. Cuddle Clones is REALLY doing the Lord's work here. Willow passed in January this year of 2024. She was my friends, "soul animal". Her heart, her love, her life. My friend was positively devastated when she had to let go of Willow. The heartbreak she felt is an understatement. I NEVER want to see someone so close to me, suffer in that way again. It's GUT wrenching. And there's nothing you can say or do to console a person who is that devastated and so destroyed inside. I was really hoping that Cuddle Clones, could give my friend a sense of peace, closure, comfort, security, and BOY did they deliver. My friend is OVER THE MOON over her Cuddle Clone of Willow. She cried, she laughed, she hugged, she kissed, cried some more, smiled some more. ALL of the emotions. I simply can't thank the folks at Cuddle Clones ENOUGH for what they've done for my friends mental well being. Regarding the customer service with Cuddle Clones? THEY ARE THE BEST!!! BEST! BEST! BEST! Everyone single solitary person at Cuddle Clones that worked on Willow, were so unbelievably PATIENT with me. They were so very understanding and supportive. Always asking me questions or asking for my photo's of Willow, so that they could be SURE about getting all of the details right. I seriously have never had a MORE wonderful experience with a customer service/support staff, then I did with Cuddle Clones. Manuela was with me EVERY step of the way. From the initial order, to the customization process, to just being down right "kind" to me and then to the final delivery. Again, I simply can't express how PATIENT they are. Ordered pajamas as a gift 3 weeks… Ordered pajamas as a gift 3 weeks before Christmas and were “Guaranteed” by Christmas, but won’t be receiving them until after Christmas. Apparently there was a strike with DHL and they couldn’t figure out another means of delivery soon enough. Thanks for nothing.

I placed an order for pajama bottoms on… I placed an order for pajama bottoms on Dec 5. I paid almost $30.00 extra for guaranteed Xmas delivery. It is now Dec 26th and NOTHING!! No product. No answer to my questions. Website tracking says unfulfilled. VERY unhappy customer. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Spent a lot, received nothing for Christmas I spent $800 ordering custom pajamas for my ENTIRE family on 12/4 and paid for rush shipping to guarantee its arrival before Christmas. It’s Dec. 25th, Christmas morning is over, and my family had nothing to open from me. I’m SO furious the company wasn’t transparent about whatever is going on so I could make an alternate plan. Also can’t get a straight answer about the status or ETA. Will never order from them again or recommend to others.
