If I could give a zero star I would- I… If I could give a zero star I would- I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter, a personalized blanket, on 12/5 - an email came on 12/17 that the design needed approval before shipping. I approved it immediately. As of today, 12/24, not only has it not arrived, it hasn’t even shipped out yet! I ordered a similar item from another web site PERSONALIZATION MALL, for my other daughter on the same day- it was less expensive, is of beautiful quality and I received it within a week. Do not order from Cuddle Clones; you’ll regret it.

Ordered pajamas as a gift 3 weeks… Ordered pajamas as a gift 3 weeks before Christmas and were “Guaranteed” by Christmas, but won’t be receiving them until after Christmas. Apparently there was a strike with DHL and they couldn’t figure out another means of delivery soon enough. Thanks for nothing.

I wanted a golf club head cover that… I wanted a golf club head cover that looked like my dog, Googled that thought and I found the Cuddle Clones website. After looking into the process they gave for making that happen for me I couldn't help but to continue on with their company. Their customer service was terrific all around and the final product I received was just as amazing. I suggest looking at their site as a gift thought for anybody you know who loves their pet, there's so much more they offer than just my golf club head cover!

AWOL Customer Service Much like others here, I placed an order back in early December and no communication, not taking phone calls, no email responses and no updates. It’s understandable that there would be shipping delays and such but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re not shipping out or making the products surely you have time to respond to people with honesty about what’s going on. Seems like a scam to me now and at least I can still stop payment on my credit card.

Panther #2 Remarkable likeness of my fur baby that crossed the rainbow bridge 12/12/23. Very close attention to detail and her markings. My clone arrived in an exceptional time frame and was well worth the price! So thankful for this company and what they offer!
