If I could give a zero star I would- I… If I could give a zero star I would- I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter, a personalized blanket, on 12/5 - an email came on 12/17 that the design needed approval before shipping. I approved it immediately. As of today, 12/24, not only has it not arrived, it hasn’t even shipped out yet! I ordered a similar item from another web site PERSONALIZATION MALL, for my other daughter on the same day- it was less expensive, is of beautiful quality and I received it within a week. Do not order from Cuddle Clones; you’ll regret it.

Deceptive business practices to scam you This company uses deceptive business practices to scam you out of significant sums of money. They did not follow specifications or photos, and when I asked if I should request a refund or if they could fix it, they promised I would be satisfied with "alterations." The second version looked almost worse than the first. So they offer to fix it, at the expense of losing your right to a refund, then don't ACTUALLY fix what they say they will fix. (or, more likely, they probably just grab a pre-made plush off the shelf and sew a name tag on it). Then they outright refuse to do anything else to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Priceless Priceless Thank you so much, Cuddle Clones for providing me with this unbeliavable plush clone of my deceased dog-daughter. I sleep every day with my arms around her, I talk to her and sometimes when I'm looking in her eyes I think and hope that she can see me back. Tell your artists that it took some time to review their work because I'm still struggling with pain in my soul of how much I miss Rita. THANK YOU!

Ordered pajamas for my kids and paid… Ordered pajamas for my kids and paid for rush shipping. Shipping label created Dec 8th and no update since. Reached out multiple times to customer service and always get a canned response. Reached out on Facebook on their business page and someone actually responded saying since DHL is on strike they are having problems but would ship out via 2 day fed ex but wouldn’t provide tracking number. I just want a refund at this point. Should’ve read more reviews. BBB rating is an F

I received my cuddly clone and i was in… I received my cuddly clone and i was in shock. How perfect amazing beautiful. It looked exactly like my furry baby Puchi. Which I miss and love with all my heart. Now I can see him every day and hug him as if he was still here with me memories forever. I will always treasure. Love this company. It was amazing how identical they were just love it.
