GBAWOL Customer Service Much like others here, I placed an order back in early December and no communication, not taking phone calls, no email responses and no updates. It’s understandable that there would be shipping delays and such but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re not shipping out or making the products surely you have time to respond to people with honesty about what’s going on. Seems like a scam to me now and at least I can still stop payment on my credit card.

GBOrdered pajamas for my kids and paid… Ordered pajamas for my kids and paid for rush shipping. Shipping label created Dec 8th and no update since. Reached out multiple times to customer service and always get a canned response. Reached out on Facebook on their business page and someone actually responded saying since DHL is on strike they are having problems but would ship out via 2 day fed ex but wouldn’t provide tracking number. I just want a refund at this point. Should’ve read more reviews. BBB rating is an F

GBI placed an order for pajama bottoms on… I placed an order for pajama bottoms on Dec 5. I paid almost $30.00 extra for guaranteed Xmas delivery. It is now Dec 26th and NOTHING!! No product. No answer to my questions. Website tracking says unfulfilled. VERY unhappy customer. Buyer beware!!!!!!

GBOrdered pajamas as a gift 3 weeks… Ordered pajamas as a gift 3 weeks before Christmas and were “Guaranteed” by Christmas, but won’t be receiving them until after Christmas. Apparently there was a strike with DHL and they couldn’t figure out another means of delivery soon enough. Thanks for nothing.
