I wanted a golf club head cover that… I wanted a golf club head cover that looked like my dog, Googled that thought and I found the Cuddle Clones website. After looking into the process they gave for making that happen for me I couldn't help but to continue on with their company. Their customer service was terrific all around and the final product I received was just as amazing. I suggest looking at their site as a gift thought for anybody you know who loves their pet, there's so much more they offer than just my golf club head cover!

Reached out multiple times to customer service and always get a canned response. Reached out on Facebook on their business page and someone actually responded saying since DHL is on strike they are having problems but would ship out via 2 day fed ex but wouldn’t provide tracking number. I just want a refund at this point. Should’ve read more reviews. BBB rating is an F

I sleep every day with my arms around her, I talk to her and sometimes when I'm looking in her eyes I think and hope that she can see me back. Tell your artists that it took some time to review their work because I'm still struggling with pain in my soul of how much I miss Rita. THANK YOU!

I get to hold my dog again My experience with Cuddle Clones has been a 10/10. I ordered a clone for my boy Brodie who passed away, who was a beautiful black and white pit bull mix with distinctive markings. I carefully picked out the best photos to show but tried to keep my expectations low. But when I opened the package and saw him, I just started crying. They did a FANTASTIC job, it looks just like him. They got his markings just right. And it's so realistic, he looks like he could get up and walk. The zipper pouch I requested is on his belly, not noticeable since he's lying down. I put his old collar on him and he's just perfect, I love to hold him. I paid $280 plus express shipping and would pay it again and again.

If I could give a zero star I would- I… If I could give a zero star I would- I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter, a personalized blanket, on 12/5 - an email came on 12/17 that the design needed approval before shipping. I approved it immediately. As of today, 12/24, not only has it not arrived, it hasn’t even shipped out yet! I ordered a similar item from another web site PERSONALIZATION MALL, for my other daughter on the same day- it was less expensive, is of beautiful quality and I received it within a week. Do not order from Cuddle Clones; you’ll regret it.
