Quick and easy Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The entire process was quick and painless. No issues and funding went through smoothly within the fast time frame they estimated for us. So happy I chose Union Plus Mortgage for my home mortgage refinance needs!!

Had an incredible experience Had an incredible experience! I was kept well informed during the process. My rep got me THE best deal! I was amazed at what our interest rate ended up being and the loan credits we received! We will absolutely be using Union Plus Mortgage for our future home needs

Took way too long rates went up It seemed like no one shared what we were asked to upload we had to upload the same docs several times to different people by the time our loan was done the rates had gone up. Maybe should have done it with another load company to get the lower rates because they said it would only take a few days with union it took about 2 months. Sad to say because the people are very nice that we worked with we would not recommend them.

As a first-time home buyer As a first-time home buyer, I was impressed by how smooth the entire process went with Union Plus Mortgage. All the people that were involved were experienced, helpful, and responsive. I would do it again with Union Plus. I also enjoyed the first-time buyer cashback and rewards.

As a first time home buyer As a first time home buyer, I felt like a lot of information came to me late. The team was very nice, but it was two weeks after I was in contract that I received an email introducing me to the team of four (two people were completely new to me) and at the end of the process I was required to take a ReadyNest test which would have been more appropriate at the beginning. As a company that deals with Union members who have irregular paychecks, the team did not seem to be prepared for the multiple w2s and 1099s. I'm not sure if it was a lack of experience that made the mortgage commitment process feel so slow, but I had hoped that I would be guided through the process more clearly and efficiently. Everyone was very nice.
